Attributes:

• Ability to lead, coach, and train junior staff on telecommunications infrastructure construction. Rooftops, Monopoles, Self Support, and Guyed towers.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings with high level of attention to detail.
• Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and demonstrate autonomy in day to day tasks.
• Maintains a strong commitment to safety and working knowledge of standard industry safety procedures. Follow all documented policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

Experience:

• 5+ Years of telecommunications industry experience both technical and rigging.
• In-building DAS and structured cabling experience.
• Installation of carrier grade equipment adhering to all documented methods of procedure.
• Solid background of construction and working with various types of power tools.
• Proficient with common telecommunications test equipment. (RF Sweep Gear, OTDR, Multi-meter)
• Understanding of RF connector termination with various types of cables and connectors.
• Must hold a valid class 5 drivers licence.
